1.1 This Agreement applies to every Agents Stack plan, including Starter, Growth and Scale, and to the self-serve agents, tools and partner features included in those plans. 1.2 This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service. If the two conflict on how the Services may be used, this Agreement applies; on everything else, the Terms of Service apply.
2.1 While your plan is active and paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for the internal business purposes of the organisation that purchased the plan. 2.2 Each plan is for a single organisation. You may not share, resell, sublicense or provide access to the Services to any other person or organisation unless we agree in writing.
3.1 Your plan includes the features and usage limits shown on our pricing page and in your console at the time of purchase. 3.2 You agree to use the Services at a level consistent with normal business use by one organisation. 3.3 To keep the Services reliable for all customers, we may apply reasonable rate limits, queue requests during periods of high demand, or ask you to move to a more suitable plan if your usage consistently exceeds what your plan is intended for.
4.1 You will not: share account credentials or let more than one organisation use a single account; use scripts, bots or other automated means to run agents in bulk or to extract data from the Services, except through features we provide for that purpose; attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with usage limits, security or access controls; use the Services or their outputs to build, train or benchmark a competing product; or use the Services to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful or abusive. 4.2 The restrictions in Section 3 of our Terms of Service also apply.
5.1 Your account is created when your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. 5.2 Tell us promptly at contact@agentsstack.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6.1 Reports and other outputs are generated with the help of AI and public or third-party sources, and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them. 6.2 Outputs are provided for general business information only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. 6.3 Subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Service, you may use outputs for your organisation’s own business purposes.
7.1 Some features included in our plans are provided by or with third-party partners. Your use of those features may also be subject to the partner’s own terms, which we will make available where required. 7.2 We may replace a partner feature with a comparable alternative if a partner changes or withdraws its service.
8.1 We may monitor usage of the Services to operate them, keep them secure and enforce this Agreement. 8.2 If we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement, we may warn you, limit your usage, or suspend or terminate your access. Where practical, we will contact you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue. 8.3 Fees paid for a period in which access is suspended or terminated for breach of this Agreement are not refundable, consistent with our Terms of Service.
9.1 We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
