How do I book a call?
Open any mentor's profile and click Book a call. Their calendar opens in a new tab, where you pick a time and get an invite straight away.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Every mentor offers a free 15-minute discovery call so you can check the fit before booking a paid session.
How are prices set?
Mentors set their own rates for 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions. Packages of 3 and 5 sessions come with 10% and 15% discounts.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount when you pay.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Use the link in your calendar invite to reschedule or cancel. Please give at least 24 hours' notice.
How are mentors vetted?
Every application is reviewed by our team. We check experience, references and LinkedIn before a mentor goes live.
What does “Top mentor” mean?
Top mentors have consistently high ratings and many completed sessions on Career Compass.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions happen over video. The meeting link is included in your calendar invite.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. After your session we'll ask you for a 1–5 star review that appears on the mentor's profile.
How do I become a mentor?
Head to the Become a mentor page, fill in the application, and our team will get back to you within a few days.
